...now we are supposed to get the Pacific Squall...*groan*. Huge areas of southern Washington and northern Oregon are under flood warnings and watches, gale force wind warnings, avalanche and mudslide warnings, etc. We are straddling the border between a flood warning (Cowlitz County) and a flood watch (Clark County). Yay. I think we will likely be okay. We should be far enough away from the Cowlitz and Columbia Rivers, with enough stuff in the way, that I don't think we'll get flooded. Our neighbor indicated awhile back that there's only been one time in the last century or so that the neighborhood flooded.
We'll see.
In other news, last night was a miserable night for sleep. Both of us were restless sleepers. I got the better end of it, which isn't saying much. I think I will try and get a little exercise tonight, after work. If that doesn't work, there's always...benadryl. Lol.
And we got a chunk of the grandkids' Xmas gifts wrapped and under the tree. We still have to find something to put the big dinosaur toy, the medium-sized dragon, and the Fisher Price Noah's Ark in. They're a little to awkward to slap paper on directly.
Gotta' get back to work. Sigh...
