Tired but Hopeful...

Its been a long couple of days. I had the pleasure of watching our former leader (I hate to dignify a damn wannabe-fascist robber baron with the title of President!) sit there and take it while our new President fired multiple shots across his bow during his speech yesterday morning (and he couldn't say shit! LOL!), then shared a pleasant lunch and chat with Silver Dragon. Then I had a restless night of crappy sleep, which left me tired from the get-go. Work started off slow, I took some tests that are required at work, then got slammed with busyness and a bunch of endstage-liver-disease-patients-with-bloody-diarrhea. I'm exhausted and my lower back hurts a bit. But I came home to a delightful repast of prime rib, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Yummm! And my initial impressions of our new leader are...favorable. He's jumping right in, doing some good things...and a lot of people around the country seem to be feeling hope, for the first time in a long time. Perhaps the Sleeping Giant is beginning to awaken. I hope he can stay alive...
